$25 for 3rd person in room.

Full deposit required on reservations of 1-3

A deposit of 50% is required on reservations of
more than 4 nights-balance due upon arrival.

Cancellations must be made 14 days prior to the
day of arrival in order to insure a refund.
A 10% cancellation fee will be deducted on all cancellations.
For Groups of 7 or more a deposit of 50% is
required on reservations. Cancellations must be made 30 days
prior to the day of arrival, in order to insure a refund. A 50%
cancellation fee (based on the 50% deposit) will be deducted on
all group reservations.
