Class Descriptions

BARRE- An effective all-over body workout that will strengthen, tone and shape your glutes, thighs, abs and arms. Class includes light weights and exercises at the ballet barre.

QUICK FIT- Get it done in 30 minutes. All over strength-building workout comprised of compound movements with weights. Leave the sneaks at home; this class is performed barefoot to incorporate balance and stretching.

BUTT’N UP- Brenda’s signature workout, toned down a bit to adapt to these covid times. Still a fun, effective workout for your booty & every other body part!

TOTAL BODY- Your body is the equipment for this class. A mixture of dynamic, graceful movement to promote balance, strength and flexibility for a total body workout.

*60-minute classes have been shortened to 50 minutes.
*ALL classes have been modified to acclimate to wearing a mask.
*Please bring your own mat to each class. We will provide other equipment when needed.

*Now that Massachusetts is in Part 2 of Phase 3 we are eager to restart Health Club classes.  COVID State and Local rules led us to implement new Health Club measures.  As always, your health and safety remain our # 1 priority.   As the Club strives to make it easy for all our members to follow the “new normal”, we appreciate your cooperation.

All classes will be in our Group Exercise Room and limited to five participants and one instructor. Please sign up with the front desk to reserve your spot in the class.  Sign-ups are available one week in advance.
Bring your own exercise mat to ALL the classes.
Per Massachusetts guidelines and Vineyard Haven’s Board of Health, Masks will be required.
