*Cycle Camp- An early morning twice per week commitment to yourself and your fellow campers. A fun and challenging indoor cycling class appropriate for all fitness levels.

*SUNRISE YOGA– For early birds looking to get a jump on the day. Invigorating, yet relaxing; challenging yet nurturing.

**VINEYARD SEALS– For intermediate swimmers who would like to improve their stroke and efficiency in the water. Practice breathing techniques, flip turns, water exercises and all the different strokes.

**TOTAL BODY– No equipment needed for this program that blends yoga poses and tai chi movements with graceful, athletic strength building exercises. Combining all the principles of fitness; strength, cardio, balance and flexibility for an overall workout.

*BARRE – This is a barefoot class inspired by the principles of ballet, therapeutic exercises, and muscular control. Using the ballet barre, weights, gliding discs and balls to define, elongate and chisel your body.

*SENIOR STRENGTH– Designed for ages 55 and up, this supervised class takes place on the upper level strength equipment. The class also includes balance, core and flexibility exercises for overall fitness benefits.

*PILATES- Strengthen, align and lengthen the body without stressing the joints. Our experienced instructor will modify any movement to accommodate all fitness levels and body types.

*BIKE– Indoor cycling strengthens the cardiovascular system using high interval training. If you want to burn a lot of calories this is the class for you. Bring a towel and water.

**BARRE FUSION– A mix of cardio bursts, mobility, balance and strength training, at the barre and on your mat. Done barefoot.

*POOLATES- Pilates in the pool. This class takes place in the deep part of the pool with flotation devices provided. Easy on the joints, but tough on your muscles.

*55+ STRENGTH & CORE- Designed for, but not limited to, people 55 and older. This class takes place in our group exercise room and uses free weights, resistance bands, and exercise balls to strengthen, stabilize and balance the body in a safe environment with an experienced instructor.

**BUTT N’UP– A fusion of compound exercises, balance and yoga postures. Targeting the glutes, hamstrings and quads with variations of squats, and lunges and free weights for upper body strength.

*NOONTIME YOGA– Take a break from work or play to release stress, move your body, and stretch your muscles. You’ll feel re-energized for the rest of the afternoon.

*ZUMBA– A fun dance-cardio workout that combines easy-to-follow moves and international world beats. Come see for yourself why everybody is addicted to this energizing fitness program.

*VINYASA YOGA– A flowing class that offers many layers within the poses. Challenging yet nurturing, strengthening and stretching the body with the power of the breath.

**POWER HOUR– A barefoot class that tests your strength, balance and flexibility. This 60 minute class is tough, motivating and appealing to both men and women seeking to challenge their level of fitness.

*KRIPALU YOGA– Flow through sequences to find your edge in postures and tap into the awareness in the changes of the body, mind, breath and energy between the positions.

*YOGA BASICS– Designed to carefully support beginners while inspiring experienced yogis. Clear & therapeutic instruction will help you align and integrate head to toe, inside and out.

**QUICK FIT– Early in the morning and only 30 minutes so you can get to work on time. Strengthen, balance and stretch quickly and efficiently so you can feel great for the rest of the day!
