FITNESS CLASSES
*All Levels **Challenging

*ZUMBA- A fun dance-cardio workout that combines easy-to-follow moves and international world beats. Come see for yourself why everybody is addicted to this energizing fitness program.

*BARRE- Certified in Exhale’s Barre Program, the most comprehensive and in-depth barre training in the industry. An effective total body workout that will tone your muscles and make you shake. It burns so good!

*BARRE EXPRESS- A 45 minute version of Barre.

*SENIOR STRENGTH- Designed for ages 55 and up, this supervised class takes place on our upper level strength equipment. The class also includes balance, core and flexibility exercises for overall fitness benefits.

*MOVE & GROOVE PILATES- Move to groovy tunes while performing core focused exercises designed to improve physical strength, flexibility, and posture, and enhance mental awareness.

**QUICK FIT- Get it done in 30 minutes. All over strength building workout comprised of compound movements with weights. Leave the sneaks at home; this class is performed barefoot to incorporate balance and stretching.

**BUTT’N UP- A fusion of compound exercises, stretching and balance. Target the glutes, hamstrings and quads with variations of squats and lunges and free weights for upper body strength.

**TOTAL BODY- Your body is the only piece of equipment you will need for this class. Combine powerful cardio moves, dynamic balance, graceful strength and flexibility poses for a total body workout.

*55+ STRENGTH & CORE- Designed for, but not limited to, people 55 and older. This class takes place in our group exercise room and uses free weights, resistance bands, and exercise balls to strengthen, stabilize and balance the body in a safe environment with an experienced instructor.

*PRACTICE- challenging mix of mobility, balance, strength, HIIT, and mat work. Performed barefoot, Emily emphasizes the importance of keeping the feet healthy and strong.

**CARDIO COMBO- A playful, sweaty mix of exercises including aerobics, dancing, kickboxing, HIIT, toning and abs. Sneakers and sense of humor strongly advised.

INDOOR CYCLING CLASSES

**RHYTHM RIDE –A high-intensity mix of riding and dancing designed to bring you to your edge.  Lose yourself in the music and the dark room with old school hip-hop, remixed pop, and classic hits with a beat.  Core work and hand weights make for a total body burner.

*POWER CYCLE – Boost your energy, strength and stamina in this 45 minute power cycle class. Challenging for seasoned riders but welcoming to all levels, including beginners.

*GREAT ROCK BIKE- Cycle and sweat to a mixture of classic and contemporary rock music. A musical journey through peaks, valleys, winding roads and fast tracks.

YOGA CLASSES

*RISE & SHINE YOGA- For early risers to get the day started off on the right foot. Ease into a balance of strengthening and stretching as we wake up the core and say good morning to breath and body!

**CORE POWER YOGA- With the focus on the core, this energetic style of yoga strengthens and empowers not only the body but the mind and spirit, too!

*YOGA MOBILITY- Loosen up stiff joints in this fairly mellow, breath-centric movement class. Emphasis on feet, hips, spine, and shoulders.

*STRENGTH & FLEXIBILITY YOGA-  Opportunity to explore the edge of your flexibility and strength of body, mind, and spirit in a slow flow practice of movement and breath. Beginner friendly.

*YOGA BASICS- Designed to carefully support beginners while inspiring experienced yogis. Clear & therapeutic instruction will help you align and integrate head to toe, inside and out.

**POWER HOUR- A fusion of yoga postures and strengthening exercises designed to heat you up in one intense workout.

*VINYASA YOGA- A flowing class that offers many layers within the poses. Challenging yet nurturing, strengthening and stretching the body with the power of the breath.

*MORNING FLOW YOGA- An exploration of movement and breath in a flowing practice to start the day off with awareness, both one pointed and expansive, of body, mind, breath and spirit. Beginner friendly.

POOL CLASSES

*POOLATES- Pilates in the pool. A gentle yet effective way to workout, especially for those recovering from an injury.

*Private Swim Lessons are available upon request.

Our pool is open to the public between 6:00am-9:00pm. Please note that the pool is reserved for classes on Tuesday & Thursday at 8:30am for our Poolates class.
